This blog shares this situation with you and hopes you can also express your views.); do you agree that in this situation, supervisors don't need to conduct approval procedures and the Accounting Department doesn't need to review the appropriateness of employees expenses, so, at least regarding company expenses management scope, there's no need to establish a management policy? If your answer is yes, then how your company communicates this practice to those new -hired employees? (1) Employees are

effects and the significance of the effectiveness resulted from those expenses
spent in advance. 👈👈👈This
regulation explains once employees have 100% followed this rule and estimated
the benefits, however, those spent expense didn’t result in the benefits as
expected, the company cannot punish those employees or cannot claim those
expenses back from the employees who have spent the amount of money.
(4) What methods must
the Accounting Department use in sampling among all the transaction for
inspection so those samples are seen as sufficient or complete? If the Accounting Department didn't find any
abnormal case but fraud is later discovered, the company should consider that
the Accounting Department was not negligent. (Usually, only the Internal Audit
Department's work is essentially doing sampling work, while the Accounting
Department's work is routine. The above situation allows the Accounting Department's
transaction-by-transaction Control function can be converted to sampling,
