you feel regretful?! Take playing as the example, is it possible you have less
interest in it, or, there are things more interesting to you when you are
older?!
When adults talking about their childhood, they
sometimes envy others for what they have/for example: toys, some people feel
regretful because their family environment didn’t allow them to play/for
example: they needed to work in farms with
their parents, and in fact, it is because the focus of life is
different from people, what you regret may be what others envy/for example:
working in farms = earthworms catching or stepping in mud, etc., which are
forbidden by adults, toys = replacing the company of parents.

calm mind
It
is very difficult to have a calm mind. I think it is the 👉Guan Zizai in
Buddhism, it means Observe At Ease; it is surely a good thing when we
experience happy things, and to have a calm mind does not mean that it wants people
to hold back their joy, it is similar to not being proud of the victory and thinking
that we can achieve anything. On the other hand, when people encounter
setbacks, how we can feel no sadness? Depression is a natural reaction, and, to
have a calm mind, it hopes us knows that everyone would experience sad things
and also happy things, so, we need to have courage to face the problems.
Everyone will encounter it and have the courage to face it. Assuming that you
are framed, there are hundreds of millions of people in the world, and it is
very likely that there is someone encountering similar situations as you and this
person is making their biggest efforts to find a solution, so please do not
think that you are the only one who is the most pitiful and feel no hope.
I
would like to suggest you that do not easily trust a person who says they
having a calm mind but tears or laugh after the incident passed👉How a person who has a
calm mind would be triggered by the incident?! It is ….they are a person who is
not calm but saying they have a calm mind, does it mean they are not what they’ve
said?!
Are
there people also feeling 👉sometimes, the
environment and the education taught us we need to pursue being excellent and
to achieve something, level up, however, there were less people teaching us to
face our failure or the lost👈I would like
to use some situation to explain my thoughts(1)be willing to give or give up.
It’s like things you’ve already known: when it’s time to come, it will come,
therefore, when it’s time people need to quit, we cannot make them stay=when it
is [going to] other people, it means it is [leaving] us and vice versa, and actually,
all we can do is willing to give/up. (2)It is also something you’ve already
known, to cherish this moment, it is now. If people dare not to or don’t want
to do something, they are waiting for losing the things they want. (3)Regardless
talent searching or job seeking, if things are involving in people, I would
like to suggest you not to invest resources or invest your anything or emotion or
money before you are sure you are clear about things you need to know. Reason:
Except for scam, please explain how you know your cooperation work or your relationship
with the other party would be suitable for each other and last long if you are
not clear before you invest?! Only the right one would last long, right?!
Having a calm mind means we are not in halo effect, then, when we see those
handsome guys or beautiful ladies or people who match what our companies want
or those companies people want, please give time for getting to know each other
more, and, we can immediately accept/send out the job offering letters, however,
when we’re on board, we need to remember to make sure or ask questions on time about
what we found in the companies are weird.

Do you know, that Buddhism mentor who always guiding others to do good deeds
his child is arrested by the police! Do we still need to go to his program?!

I feel all he said to us makes sense, I will go; what I’ve learned is we need
to be the master of our own life, we need to be the decision maker of our own
things, and, maybe, his child has made the not good decision to themselves, it
doesn’t mean our mentor’s guidance is wrong, maybe his children are rebellious
and don’t listen to him, but what can he do?! He is a [mentor], not a
[persuader].

What A means is a doctor cannot get sick, because doctor is a doctor,
therefore, the doctors’ children cannot get sick, either. Does it make sense?! 👉Parents [guide]
their children but do not deprive them of the right to make their own choices.
This is sometimes [misused] to mean [parents cannot manage their children],
especially when the children are minors. Therefore, please learn grammar and
logic well before talking about parent-child relationships. What do you think?

of very capable internal auditors in some companies?! The internal operations
of a company may be relatively chaotic, and those various functional work
departments are arrogant and uncoordinated because they think they are highly professional,
auditors will be excluded and challenged [You don’t have my expertise, how you
can audit me?!]; through regular audit reports and suggestions 👉auditors’ work performance is recognized,
and they may want to apply for transfer to another department to expand their
personal expertise, however, there is a great possibility that they will be rejected on the grounds
that they only have auditing experience and lack of execution experience, or
they can only be transferred to the financial accounting unit <an invisible
rule, this situation makes it seem that the auditor’s past work ability
= 0.
In the above
situation, is it a loss for the company if the auditor leaves?! Or, the
company is already on track anyway, the auditor leaves is not a problem
because the company will recruit new people!
Does your company have such a situation?! What problems you find in the
above case?! 👉 Relatively speaking, those professionals who are arrogant and proud of their
talents may still stay in the company, and the company may be in chaos again?! The
problem is the existence of auditing or not, or, it is those professionals are
allowed to have inappropriate attitudes?! And the standard of the appraisal in
the work transfer system...
What kind of attitude does the company allow people to stay?! Attitude creates culture, what
do you think?!

when the auditors get the rejection, can they respond👉I have the capability to audit you and have found those problems, and
you are questioning my work ability?! 👈It is true and also the real situation, but,
it is impossible those auditors would like to express like this; how your

Background of the incident: During a
certain period, the composition of the National Assembly is composed of a minority of ruling party members
D and a majority of opposition party
members K, which is generally known as a minority government (Wikipedia); D and K cannot reach a
consensus, and the issue evolves into a campaign initiated by the people to
recall the congressional official D or K.
L:Why don’t you vote?! We rarely have
the opportunity to participate in the recall of public officials. What
do you think?! It seems that the list of people who have passed the review for
recall are all K. Do you support K more?!
M: I support my country and have no
preference for a particular political party; I support whoever is loyal to the
interests of the country rather than the interests of their party or personal
interests!
Our country has experienced times of
this minority government situation in
the past 24 years, and now, we still need to use recall power of people
to deal with government bills not supported by the majority of the opposition
parties; this time, we use the recall power. What to use if this situation
happens again?!
[Incidents] create
[History], History results in [Experience], in the Experience, we [Learn Lessons],
therefore, those Learned Lessons make us improve our [Ability] to deal with
things, and, the government/ruling party always plays the person in charge role
in the situation, then, do you think our current government has improve
their ability of solving problems in the past 24 years’ history?! They are lack
of experience, lessons learned, or, the ability of improving their ability?! There is another terrible possibility👉There is no that
issue, the incident/history doesn’t exist, it is a tragedy of our country, the
people are deceived into a drama that wastes resources and taxes, and the
people do not know what the purpose of the incident/drama is; let me ask you:
Why do you want to participate in this drama/vote?! Or, if it is a real
incident, will the root cause of the
issue be solved at the end after the recall?! Or, will there be another
recall campaign next time if there is a minority government again?!
Since elected public officials will be
recalled at the end, then, we don’t need any elections!
Whatsyouridea1996: Do you agree above cause and effect explanation of
those history(incident)/experience/lessons learned and ability?!
If you have experienced your past
situation repeats, have you learned and improved your ability of dealing with things
from those past experience?! Maybe, what we need to do is to change ourselves👉our concepts, the
way we make choices, our personality or attitude etc.; however, regarding individual
career or life incidents (e.g. investments, friendship or love relationship
etc.), I don’t agree with people saying this to the persons if they don’t verify or investigate the whole
situation: It has happened so many times, why you didn’t learn
something from it?!👈(1)It
is not appropriate to draw conclusions without confirmation, investigation, or
in-depth discussion of the case, right?! (2) Believe it or not: maybe, it is a
result of being cursed or casted spell. What do you think?!
